20 Questions: Smash World Community Edition

We haven't had a new forum game in a while, so here I am with a new one. This one is simpler than other games we've had here - it's a forum version of the popular game 20 Questions. In this game, a person thinks of something (it can be anything in the universe), gives a category related to the subject, and other users ask yes or no questions to figure out what the person is thinking of. As an example:

Let's say that the subject is a horse. The person would say that the category is an animal, and the questioning might go like this:

1) Does it live in the jungle? No
2) Does it have feet? Yes

And so on. It's a relatively simple game, really.

Here are the rules and guidelines for this game:

1. What you think of can be anything you want, but make sure it's not too obscure (a minor character from some little known film, a mathematical theorem, etc.).
2. No stupid questions, please. You shouldn't be asking questions like "Does it fart?".
3. Only questions that can be answered with a yes or no response can be asked.
4. Keep a list of the questions that have been asked and whether they were answered with a yes or no while answering questions. An example of doing so can be seen in my example of questioning above.
5. You should know your subject well enough to be able to answer questions about it. Should a question be answered erroneously, and thus, no one would be able to guess the subject correctly, the subject should be thrown out, and another used in its place.
6. Make sure you say what the category is before users start asking questions. If the subject is a person, give a hint about it (e.g. "historical figure").
7. Twenty questions, twenty answers. Once twenty questions have been asked, three guesses can be made. If no one guesses correctly after that, the person answering the questions can either come up with another subject, or have another person do so. Preliminary guesses count as a question. Make sure to reveal what the subject was.
8. No one can be the person answering questions for more than 2 rounds.

Once someone guesses the subject correctly, they can come up a subject of their own for users to ask questions on. It's a continuous pass-the-torch game; the first one I've done. Note that if the person who answered correctly does not post again with a subject for users to ask questions on within 72 hours, another person can take the reigns.

Unlike previous games here, no sign-ups are required to play the game. Anyone can ask a question about a subject at any point. You shouldn't be the only one asking questions, though - try not to ask more than 3 questions at a time.
